You will play an important role in:

  • Driving Financial Strategy: Lead the annual budgeting process and craft precise financial forecasts to guide our financial future.
  • Partnering for Success: Act as a key finance business partner, providing insightful business controlling and support.
  • Delivering Insights: Ensure our financial reporting is accurate and timely, presenting crucial data to senior management and HQ.
  • Evaluating Investments: Dive deep into detailed analyses to make informed investment decisions.
  • Mitigating Risks: Assess financial risks and develop robust strategies to safeguard our interests.
  • Enhancing Efficiency: Identify and implement innovative cost-saving initiatives and efficiency improvements.
  • Inspiring Leadership: Lead and mentor the Financial Planning & Analysis team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.

We imagine that you:

  • Hold a financial degree at the master level or a scientific master's degree combined with a Management education (MBA or similar).
  • Possess strong financial, analytical, and numerical skills.
  • Have a strategic mindset with a drive to deliver best-in-class results.
  • Excel in communication and presentation, navigating complex environments with ease.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership skills, including the ability to inspire and motivate a team, manage conflicts, and drive change.
  • Have 5+ years of experience in finance, business analysis, or a related field.

You are joining a truly diverse team of ten highly skilled and dedicated business controllers and analysts from five different nationalities. Our team enables fact-based decision-making through generating financial transparency and data-driven insights and support but also challenges the business, as we engage and partner closely with them.
