We are currently seeking a Director of Programmatic to join our dynamic organization. In this role, you will play a vital role in leading our Programmatic team and be responsible for overseeing and enhancing all aspects of our programmatic deliveries across the organization.

Responsibilities

  1. Lead and manage a team of +20 professionals, fostering an environment of creativity, innovation, and collaboration.
  2. Provide a clear and ambitious direction for GroupM's programmatic offering.
  3. Have the direct management of a leadership group comprising Team Leads and Practice Leads.
  4. Ensure a motivated and functional leadership group and overall employee satisfaction.
  5. Support people in their professional and personal development and ensure alignment with company goals and objectives.
  6. Hold full commercial and operational responsibility, ensuring effective and efficient execution of programmatic campaigns, as well as delivery on financial targets.
  7. Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders and work cross-functionally with other teams locally and regionally to ensure alignment with overall company objectives.
  8. Drive the integration of Nexus and our 3 agencies so that we succeed with our ambition of working with (and in) integrated client teams.
  9. Build on top of an already strong foundation so we continue to deliver brilliant work for our clients.

Qualifications

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role, with a solid understanding of digital marketing and especially programmatic buying.
  2. Visionary and strategic thinking, paired with a strong ability to implement.
  3. Previous experience working in an agency environment is strongly preferred.
  4. Proven stakeholder management skills, particularly in managing relationships across multiple agencies, specifically Wavemaker, EssenceMediacom, and Mindshare.
  5. Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage and inspire a large team, and to collaborate effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
  6. Strong commercial acumen, with experience managing budgets and delivering on financial targets.
  7. Operational management experience, including project planning and execution, resource allocation, and task prioritization.
  8. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  9. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
