As the Nordic Supply Manager, you will ensure medicine availability by enhancing how we plan, coordinate, and execute inbound supply. All in accordance with GDP standards. Your primary focus will be on inventory management, parameter setting, and maintaining product availability within predefined stock targets. By actively supporting Sales and Business Planning processes, you will be responsible for bridging the gap between demand and supply, and reporting on inventory balance and projections. A crucial part of your role will involve improving supply performance through analytics and collaborative participation in cross-functional initiatives and projects. A structured and analytical mindset, solid ERP system knowledge, and strong stakeholder management skills are must-haves in this role to succeed.

Your Key Responsibilities:
  1. Managing inventory levels via parameter setting, e.g., safety stock, order quantity, inventory projection, and determination of optimal inventory targets.
  2. Planning and managing orders from selected intercompany and 3rd party suppliers to ensure availability and stock targets are met. Operationally lead execution and, if necessary, support various last mile actions. All in accordance with GDP standards.
  3. Stakeholder management across functions including commercial, quality, and customer service functions to set the right priorities and drive the right actions.
  4. Supporting S&OP process ensuring demand and supply balance.
  5. Improving efficiency and productivity by identifying and driving supply chain optimization projects e.g., challenging supply setups, processes, lead-time, and total cost.
  6. Analysis of both supply and sales forecast data to ensure the most suitable input for effective supply planning. Challenge business on forecast accuracy and claimed sales projections. Analyze big data sets of supply data and KPIs to improve performance.
  7. Focusing on supply chain network configuration, systems, and technology.
  8. Work with the supply planning team on how systems are used and our processes run. Suggest and drive improvement initiatives.
  9. Support ad hoc tasks – mostly data and analysis-focused.
What you'll bring to the role:
  1. A bachelor's or master's degree in supply chain, operations management or related field.
  2. 3+ years of relevant experience.
  3. Deep understanding of Supply Chain Management, purchasing, constraints and productivities in manufacturing, capacity planning, inventory management and control, and logistics.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  5. Analytical and structured mindset.
  6. Proficiency in written and spoken English.
  7. Experience working with Windows Office package is essential (extended competences in Excel).
  8. Knowledge of relevant tools and systems e.g. SAP, SAP Hana, Kinaxis RapidResponse, QlikSense, and Alteryx.
  9. Ability to act in a fast-paced environment while being quality conscious and well-organized with an eye for details.
