About the Job
This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in Supply Planning at a large international company. You will become part of the Nordic Demand & Supply Planning team and report to one of our two Nordic Category Supply Chain Co-pilots.
Job Description:
- Support the Team: Assist with various tasks in Supply Planning, including balancing stock levels and maintaining accurate data records.
- Invoice Verification: Thoroughly review invoices to ensure timely payment to vendors.
- Collaboration: Work closely with Procurement and Finance teams to identify and resolve any issues that may delay payments.
- Data Analysis: Analyze data and prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure smooth operations.
Requirements:
- At least two years left of your studies within a relevant field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or Business Economics).
- Fluency in English is required, with a Nordic language being an asset.
- Experience with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, is necessary.
- You should be analytical, have a flair for numbers, and be structured in your work.
- Strong communication skills and a curious attitude are essential.
