DINE ARBEJDSOPGAVER

  • Linjeovervågning: Ansvar for overvågning af både inbound og outbound linjer, så du sikrer, at vi altid er tilgængelige for vores kunder og klienter. Denne rolle er central i at opretholde problemfri kommunikation og er nøglen til vores succes i kundeservice.
  • Fejl og nedbrud: Være det centrale omdrejningspunkt ved generelle nedbrud og fejl, hvor du koordinerer og finder løsninger for at sikre, at vores service fortsætter uden afbrydelser.
  • Rapportering: Rapportering til driften og ledelsen med præcise og rettidige opdateringer, der hjælper os med at identificere forbedringsmuligheder og optimere vores præstationer.
  • Outbound optimering: Fokus på at optimere og forbedre outbound processer ved at udnytte de teknologiske muligheder, vi har eller får tilgængelige via det kontinuerligt forbedrede Genesys Cloud-system. Dette sikrer, at vi konstant forbedrer vores service og effektivitet.
  • Projekter: Ansvar for projektaktiviteter, hvor du sikrer, at projekter gennemføres effektivt og til tiden.

Intrum er en "Hybrid Workplace" med mulighed for 40% hjemmearbejde og 60% arbejde fra vores lækre og lyse kontorlokaler placeret i Valby, 5-10 minutter fra Valby station.

For at blive en succes i stillingen, skal du:

  • have en generel inkassoforståelse og have erfaring med håndtering af linjeovervågning
  • være flydende i dansk – både i skrift og tale, samt kommunikere på engelsk på min. middel niveau
  • være detaljeorienteret og struktureret i din tilgang til løsning af arbejdsopgaver
  • evne til at kommunikere klart og tydeligt både - også når der er travlt
  • være pligtopfyldende og løsningsorienteret, når du udfører dine arbejdsopgaver – både dem, der er meget forskellige, og dem der er lidt mere rutineprægede
  • have en god "holdånd" samt et positivt mindset, som du gerne deler med dine kollegaer
  • være omstillingsparat og tænke proaktivt i forhold til arbejdsopgaver og processer, for vi forsøger hele tiden at tilpasse os bedst muligt det behov, som vores kunder og klienter har/får, og det betyder naturligvis, at vi sjældent står stille.
