Can you describe, plan, and facilitate the development process of digital systems from the initial business need to the launched platform, website, or eCommerce setup?

As a team, we have produced double-digit yearly growth and received numerous awards over the past years. However, we still have plenty of new goals and ambitions. One central strategy is further to extend our capabilities in the Tech team to ensure that we face new challenges with the skills and capacity to deliver outstanding solutions. We want to ensure that we have a deep technical understanding involved in the planning and execution of our projects to validate solutions early and ensure a structured and efficient process.

We aim to elevate our client's businesses by challenging their status quo; Digital transformation, Tech stack, and business models to propose new digital products and innovative procedures that prepare their businesses for the future.

Our new favorite teammate is a clever and pragmatic Technology lead, who can work with people from across the team to formulate excellent digital solutions. You thrive in the creation process with our digital designers and strategists, but also have the technical insight to discuss implementation details with our dev team. On smaller projects, you will be hands on and implement the end-to-end process, and on larger projects, you own the technical deliverable and coordinate with the innovation lead on the business and project goals.

What we expect of youTo be considered for this position, we assume that you:

  • Have a fair understanding of relational databases and and common data structures
  • Have an intuitive understanding of business workflows and strategy
  • Are eager to work with a highly ambitious team and continue to develop your own skills and knowledge
  • Are structured with an eye for details, with a focus on the technical details of implementation.
  • Have a commercial mindset to identify digital business potentials.
  • Have a relevant educational background in business or technology (or similar experience)

Furthermore, it is a plus if you:

  • Have deep knowledge of and experience with a major JavaScript Framework (we use NEXT.js, but Angular or React is cool too...)
  • Have experience with coding APIs on a major web framework (we use Laravel, but any MVC framework goes...)
  • Have experience in a role as a project lead managing multi-disciplinary project teams or a product owner experience
  • Are a true motivator who is able to excite all stakeholders to contribute towards a common goal.
  • Have experience within strategic business consulting, creative agencies or web agencies.
