Bonzer er et specialiseret SEO-bureau (Search Engine Optimization), der brænder for at hjælpe virksomheder med at styrke deres online tilstedeværelse og synlighed. Derfor fokuserer vi på at skræddersy stærke, organiske strategier og SEO-resultater, der er tilpasset vores kunders behov, mål og ambitioner.

Hos Bonzer støtter vi vores kunder i deres overordnede forretnings- og marketingstrategi gennem dybdegående analyser, strategiske roadmaps og effektive SEO-sprints. Vi værdsætter tætte, ærlige og transparente relationer – både eksternt med vores kunder og internt med vores medarbejdere. Når vores kunder vokser, vokser vi - som virksomhed, som professionelle og som individer.

Rollen

Som vores nye Junior Consultant i Client Management vil du være ansvarlig for at opbygge og vedligeholde stærke relationer med vores kunder med målet om at bidrage til deres succes. Du vil være en værdifuld del af teamet og bidrage med støtte, analyser og leverancer af vores produkt, samtidig med at du får mulighed for at arbejde med forskellige projekter og udvikle essentielle, praktiske færdigheder.

Sammen med dit team, der består af 10 engagerede kolleger, vil du hjælpe vores kunder med at forbedre deres marketing- og kundeanskaffelsesstrategier gennem organisk marketing og SEO på det danske marked samt internationalt.

I Junior-rollen forventer vi ikke, at du arbejder selvstændigt fra start, men vi forventer, at du kan levere stærke resultater med støtte fra erfarne kolleger og konsulenter.

Dine ansvarsområder

  1. Client Management - Som konsulent hos os, vil du være direkte ansvarlig for udvalgte kunderelationer, hvor lange samarbejdspartnere defineres ud fra din indsats. Her spiller kompetencer som forretningsforståelse, empati og høj EQ ind.

  2. SEO-strategi - Med ansvar for dine egne kunder vil du stå i spidsen for strategier, analyser og eksekveringer, der skaber vejen til succes for kunderne. Vi værdsætter din evne til at bringe dine kompetencer i spil, hvilket arbejdet som juniorkonsulent i stor grad forudsætter

  3. Projektledelse - Som projektleder kræver god planlægning, struktur, budgettering og rapportering i de specifikke projekter. Du har derfor altid fokus på at maksimere output for at skabe gode resultater og stærke kunderelationer.

  4. Udnyttelse og effektivitet - Som bureau er kapacitetsudnyttelse og effektivitet essentielt. Et vigtigt fokus i rollen er dermed at lære at udnytte sin tid optimalt med lethed for at skabe en positiv indvirkning på eksterne og interne leverancer.

Kvalifikationer

Vi forestiller os, at du er nyuddannet eller i begyndelsen af din karriere - gerne med en baggrund inden for Marketing, Kommunikation, Salg, Business, Entrepreneurship eller lignende områder.

Det er ikke et krav, at du har erfaring med SEO, men vi ser, at du har en vilje til at lære, en nysgerrig tilgang og en passion for marketingbranchen. Vi sørger for, at du får den rette støtte og træning til at lykkes i rollen.

Vi lægger vægt på, at du trives i en dynamisk hverdag, hvor ingen dage er ens. Som konsulent spiller du en central rolle i at skabe stærke relationer, da en stor del af arbejdet indebærer tæt kundekontakt. Derfor søger vi en udadvendt person med gode kommunikationsevner, der kan navigere i en varieret og kundedrevet arbejdsdag. Derudover motiveres du af at arbejde med mennesker og har en naturlig evne til at skabe tillid og langvarige relationer. Du formår at forstå kundernes behov og omsætte dem til værdiskabende løsninger.
