Sales Manager – Drive Growth for AI-Powered Solar Planning

Do you thrive on building relationships, closing deals, and want to be part of an innovative AI startup that's already generating revenue? AI Energy (ai-nergy.net) is looking for a Sales Manager to help transform how solar power is planned and delivered worldwide. Our in-house AI-driven product, SolarPlanner (solarplanner.eu), automates solar design for businesses and communities—enabling them to adopt clean energy faster, more efficiently, and with optimal results.

Your key focus will be

  • End-to-End Sales Management. Prospect new leads, nurture client relationships, negotiate contracts, and plan long-term sales strategy. You'll eventually build and lead a dedicated sales team around you, driving the entire process from first contact to final handshake.
  • Client Engagement and Consultation. Cultivate strong B2B relationships with medium- to enterprise-level clients, particularly in the DACH region or Denmark. Learn how to tailor each approach to specific client needs, championing the transformative potential of AI-driven solar solutions.
  • Strategic Market Development. Set bold sales targets, identify new geographies, and align your initiatives with AI Energy's broader vision. You'll become an expert in solar energy and SolarPlanner's AI capabilities, demonstrating to customers how our technology can revolutionise their operations.

What we are looking for

  • Enthusiasm for Sales and Relationship-Building. You might have years of experience or come from another field—what matters most is your willingness to learn, adapt, and put in the effort to succeed.
  • Effective Communication and Presentation Skills. You should be able to explain complex technology in clear terms. Fluency in English is expected; additional languages such as German, Polish, or other European languages are a bonus, but not mandatory.
  • Proactive, Growth-Oriented Mindset. Curiosity, adaptability, and a passion for clean energy will help you thrive in this rapidly evolving industry. We welcome new ideas and reward initiative.
