Join EasyPark as a B2B Account Manager in Copenhagen, where you'll manage an established portfolio of business customers while also identifying new growth opportunities.

What You'll Do

  • Manage & nurture an existing portfolio – develop strong relationships, drive retention, and maximize growth through upselling and cross-selling.
  • Be a trusted advisor – understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and ensure long-term success.
  • Identify & convert new opportunities – proactively seek ways to expand the portfolio with new business.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service – act as the main point of contact for your clients, providing expert support.
  • Achieve growth targets – meet sales and activity KPIs, using a structured, consultative approach.
  • Maintain CRM excellence – ensure accurate customer records and insights to drive data-led decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • B2B sales or account management experience – ideally in SaaS, tech, or service-led industries.
  • Strong relationship builder – skilled at nurturing existing customers and identifying growth opportunities.
  • Resilient & commercially driven – motivated to exceed goals and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills – confident, engaging, and able to adapt to different clients.
  • Fluent in Danish & English – language skills will be tested during the recruitment process.
