En nyetableret organisation med store muligheder
Som Business Analyst hos os, vil du træde ind i en nyetableret forretningsudviklings-organisation, og vil referere direkte til direktøren for forretningsudvikling. Du vil få 15 dygtige kolleger, hvoraf hovedparten er placeret i Brøndby, mens en del har plads på salgskontorer fordelt over hele Danmark.

Forretningsudvikling har ansvaret for at udvikle og støtte forretningen på tværs af salg, kategori, logistik, indkøb, IT, HR og finans. Dette sker gennem arbejde med discipliner som strategi og transformation, bæredygtighed, opkøb, optimering af forretningsprocesser, projektstyring/PMO samt styring af kunde- og rabataftaler.

Som Business Analyst er dit overordnede mål at styrke vores analyser af salg, indtjening, markedsudvikling, konkurrentaktiviteter mv. Dermed får du ansvaret for at sikre ledelsen og den kommercielle organisation indsigt i markedsudvikling, salgsresultater og status på vores teams indsatser i en form der fører til konkrete indsatser til styrkelse af resultaterne. Du får ansvaret for at identificere potentielle udfordringer og analyser, og igennem arbejdet med disse, bidrager til at styrke vores prognoser omkring udvikling og potentialer.

Konkret bliver dine arbejdsopgaver selvstændigt at gennemføre analyseopgaver såsom:

  • Analyser af omsætning og profitabilitet på tværs af salgskanaler og markedssegmenter
  • Analyser af kundeadfærd herunder kurv analyser både for vores onlineforretning og butikker
  • Prispunkt analyser
  • Analyser af kommercielle indsatser
  • Definere og opsætte dash boards til fx tavlemøder og performance reviews på tværs af organisationen

En stor del af jobbet er kontakt med både ledergruppen og den kommercielle organisation, med henblik på at evaluere og maksimere effekten af vores indsatser. Det er derfor vigtigt, at du ser dig selv som en dygtig kommunikator der kan levere budskaber præcist og effektivt. Vi ser derfor gerne, at du har gennemslagskraft til at kunne facilitere dialoger og møder med partnere på tværs af hele organisationen.

Derudover er det nødvendigt, at du har:

  • En relevant uddannelsesbaggrund på minimum Bachelor-niveau
  • Erfaring med kvantitativ og kvalitativ analyse af store datamængder på tværs af datakilder og formater.
  • Erfaring med relevante systemer som Power BI og ADOBE
  • Gode skriftlige og mundtlige formuleringsevner på dansk og engelsk
  • Erfaring i B2B er ikke et krav, men en klar fordel
