For our client Secomea, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Structured System and Solution Architect to join our innovative security-oriented company. As a key member of Secomea's engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and implementing our cutting-edge SaaS software platform for the manufacturing industry.

Secomea is headquartered close to Copenhagen in newly established offices in Nordhavn, Denmark with offices in China, Japan, and North America and has a global network of distributors.

Your responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the overall system architecture, ensuring it aligns with industry best practices and our company's strategic goals.
  • Develop comprehensive solution designs, including technical specifications, data models, and integration points.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the development team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.
  • Design, implement, and maintain a robust CI/CD pipeline to automate the software delivery process.
  • Ensure the security and privacy of our platform as well as customer data by implementing appropriate security measures.
  • Collaborate closely with product managers, developers, the technology management team, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
  • Identify and resolve complex technical challenges, providing innovative solutions.
  • Optimize system performance and scalability to meet the growing needs of our customers.

Your background and skills include

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a System or Solution Architect in a SaaS environment.
  • Extensive experience in architecting and implementing scalable .NET solutions e.g. by leveraging C#, ASP.NET Core, Azure, and cloud-native technologies.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong proficiency in modern software development methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Architecture Skills: Deep understanding of microservices architecture, cloud-native technologies, and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitLab CI/CD, Jenkins, etc.) and automation frameworks.
  • Experience with cloud platforms (Secomea primarily runs Azure).
  • Knowledge of security best practices, including authentication, authorization, encryption, and vulnerability management.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with diverse teams. Fluency in English is a must.

We prefer that you have relevant security certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM). Also, you probably have a good understanding of the manufacturing industry and its specific security challenges.
