We are looking for an experienced Delivery Manager to join one of our customer teams in Aeven Customer Success.
You will join a dedicated account management team and be responsible for the specific delivery areas towards the customer.

Your Responsibilities

As Delivery Manager, you are part of Aeven's face towards the customer, and as such, you must be a strong representative for our values, services, and deliveries.
Through your professionalism and ability to create trust and relationships, you will become a strong strategic partner for one of our largest customers.

You will be part of a team of highly skilled colleagues, and with them, ensure that you all work together to deliver high-quality service to our customer.
You will coordinate and handle the day-to-day deliveries in your area of responsibility.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

  • Secure delivery of key areas of customer contracts
  • Ensure contract compliance in cooperation with the rest of the account team
  • Ensure KPI compliance in cooperation with the rest of the account team
  • Monitor daily operations
  • Maintain a high satisfaction level from both the customer and internally in the delivery organization
  • Handle relations as the customer's point of contact in areas of responsibility
  • Ensure improvements through customer-focused services and deliveries
  • Participate in the development of customer engagement
  • Collaborate with colleagues from multiple parts of the world
  • Participate in upselling to the customer
Your Qualifications and Experience
  • You must speak Danish fluently
  • Good English skills are necessary
  • You preferably have +5 years of proven experience from a similar role, preferably working as part of a larger delivery team
  • You must have experience or a thorough understanding of IT operations
  • Be ITIL certified – or have worked according to ITIL for some years
  • You are good at building relationships, and you communicate well with different levels of an organization
  • You stand your ground and are not afraid to challenge the status quo
  • You are assertive, persistent, have a well-developed sense of humour, and do your utmost to contribute to the great atmosphere in the office
