Today, we employ around 300 employees – and as cybercrime grows, we need to grow. We are now looking for a Service Delivery Manager who wants to be at the forefront to stop cyber breaches.

Managed Services

Truesec MDR is a managed service consisting of a skilled security analysis team that conducts 24/7 attack monitoring, threat hunting, threat intelligence analysis, and threat remediation. Our team of experts works tirelessly to identify and prevent cyber breaches, and to help increase our customers' proactive cybersecurity defenses. Our goal is to be an extension of our customers' IT organizations, customizing a combination of capabilities and tooling, tailored to prevent cyber attacks in the most efficient way.

As we monitor a solid volume of highly regarded businesses and work closely with our CSIRT in the latest incidents, our SOC is always up to date with the latest threats and real-world insights.

About the job

As a Service Delivery Manager, you will be the customer's technical main contact responsible for managing the end-to-end service delivery lifecycle, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for monthly operational meetings with our customers, present regular updates to stakeholders and clients on service delivery performance.
  2. Manage and oversee the delivery of cyber security services to clients, ensuring adherence to service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  3. Assist in the onboarding of new MDR customers.
  4. Monitor and assess the effectiveness of security solutions, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as the primary point of contact for service-related inquiries, escalations, and feedback.
  6. Collaborate with clients to understand their unique security needs and align service delivery accordingly.
  7. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including security analysts, engineers, and project managers, to ensure coordinated and efficient service delivery.
  8. Maintain comprehensive performance reports, providing insights into service delivery metrics, trends, and areas for improvement.

We think your background includes:

  1. Proven experience in a Service Delivery Manager role.
  2. Experience within IT Service Delivery.
  3. Relationship management.
  4. Delivery Governance.
  5. Good leadership skills with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively.
  6. Good communication skills, verbally as well as written, in both English and Danish.
  7. Experience with ITIL and/or other process frameworks.

Due to the sensitivity in our assignments, we require Danish citizenship, citizenship in an EU country, or a Danish work permit.
