POSITION: HR & Admin Officer (Full-Time)

DO YOU WANT TO HELP SHAPE THE FUTURE OF DUUO?

We're looking for a proactive and organized HR & Admin Officer to manage our daily administrative operations and support our growing team. From handling HR processes and office management to ensuring smooth internal coordination, you'll play a key role in keeping DUUO efficient, structured, and a great place to work.

WHAT WILL YOUR ROLE AND WORK TASKS INCLUDE?

  • Managing recruitment and onboarding processes to ensure we attract and retain top talent.
  • Overseeing HR policies, compliance, and employee relations.
  • General office management.
  • Handling payroll coordination and employee contracts.
  • Supporting team development through training programs and performance reviews.
  • Managing office administration, including document handling and supplier coordination.
  • Organizing internal events and maintaining company culture initiatives.
  • Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance within HR processes.
  • Providing general administrative support to management as needed.

YOU ARE/HAVE...

  • Fluent in Danish & English
  • Experience in HR, business administration, or a related field.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent people skills with a positive and approachable attitude.
  • A problem solver who takes initiative and gets things done.
  • Detail-oriented and structured in your approach to work.
