About the role Are you the one who can help us leverage our collective expertise, enhance productivity, foster innovation, and maintain a competitive edge? As our new Associated Manager for the Knowledge Management department, you will be at the forefront of driving our corporate knowledge management framework and internal audit programme. You will lead a small team of dedicated employees and ensure that our knowledge management standards are not just met but seamlessly integrated into our daily operations. You will excel at implementing, structuring and standardising processes to ensure smooth operations. A solid ability to manage people effectively, understand their needs and grasp business concepts will be key to your success, enabling you to navigate challenges and unlock the full potential of success in this area. How you might spend your days
As Associated Manager, you'll:

  • Develop, coach and grow employees, fostering an inclusive and engaging environment.
  • Lead and drive daily operations in the department to secure effective and efficient processes and systems that meet organisational needs.
  • Engage with key stakeholders such as department Associated Managers and senior project management teams.
  • Develop and lead strategies for securing a strong knowledge management implementation across the organisation.

  • A relevant academic degree (engineering, business management, project management or similar).
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience in successfully implementing knowledge management strategies and frameworks in a matrix organisation.
  • Experience with processes and tools for curating and maintaining organisational knowledge.
  • Experience with stakeholder management at different levels in a large matrix organisation.
  • Fluent in written and spoken Danish and English.

Knowledge of and experience with implementation of GMP design, GDocP and GEP, ASTM E-2500 within engineering or consulting services is a bonus.
