Are you passionate about customer engagement, loyalty, and data-driven marketing? Join Liewood as a CRM Specialist and play a pivotal role in shaping our direct-to-consumer (DTC) CRM strategy.

This is an exciting opportunity to enhance customer experiences and drive loyalty in a rapidly growing, purpose-driven company.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Develop and implement Liewood's DTC CRM strategy to maximize customer retention and lifetime value.
  2. Define and execute subscriber recruitment strategies to expand our newsletter and club membership.
  3. Collaborate with Paid Media teams to implement lead generation campaigns.
  4. Create and implement loyalty strategies to enhance customer engagement, retention and increase Customer Lifetime Value (CLV).
  5. Responsible for the CRM data and technical platform. Ensure efficiency, compliance and scalable data collection, that enables data-driven decisions and personalisation.

Email Marketing & Automation

  1. Own the email marketing strategy, from planning to execution, to drive sales and customer engagement.
  2. Segment customer data to deliver personalized and targeted email communications.
  3. Design and conduct A/B testing and analyze results to optimize performance and growth.
  4. Coordinate with content and design teams to ensure cohesive messaging and branding.
  5. Manage the email marketing calendar for timely, relevant campaigns.
  6. Coordinate text copywriting and translations across all digital touchpoints to ensure localization consistency.

Data Insights & Optimization

  1. Monitor key CRM metrics, analyze customer behavior, and generate insights for continuous improvement.
  2. Track and report on the performance of campaigns and automated flows, adjusting strategies accordingly.
  3. Set and oversee budgets, KPIs, and profitability targets.

Collaboration & Industry Best Practices

  1. Work cross-functionally with marketing, ecommerce, and merchandising teams to align CRM efforts with overall business goals.
  2. Regularly evaluate third-party tools and platforms, ensuring relevance and efficiency.
  3. Partner with external agencies for CRM platform enhancements and technical optimizations.
  4. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovations in DTC CRM, loyalty programs, and marketing automation.

What You Need to Succeed

  1. 3+ years of experience in CRM, email marketing, or a related role, preferably in the lifestyle or retail industry.
  2. Strong knowledge of CRM tools and email marketing platforms.
  3. Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret customer data and optimize marketing strategies.
  4. Ability to turn insights into action, driving tangible business results.
  5. Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work across teams.
  6. Self-starter with strong project management abilities—able to handle multiple priorities simultaneously.
  7. Creative problem-solving mindset with a consumer-oriented, commercial approach.
