Brand Activation Manager for the Italian Market (Copenhagen-Based)
Are you ready to be the driving force behind our marketing success in Italy?
Join us as our Italian market expert and build our success in Italy from the ground up. We've got big plans for Italy, and we're looking for that special someone with a proven track record and 3-5 years of experience, especially within start-ups or scale-ups, to tell us exactly how to approach the market—and make sure we do it.
You'll be responsible for everything in Italy. From providing insights, planning marketing activities, and securing the right partnerships, to ensuring everything is executed according to your expertise. We know it's no small task, which is why you'll have a full, well-oiled marketing team at your disposal to help you activate OOONO and our offerings in Italy.
While you can count on loads of responsibility, you can bet on getting all the support you'll need to succeed. You'll report to our Head of Marketing & Ecommerce and have plenty of opportunities to spar daily with our marketing managers for Denmark, UK, and Germany.
What you'll be doing:
- Develop and execute our strategy and brand plan for Italy: Create and implement a comprehensive plan that aligns with our brand and company strategy.
- Ensure our local activities are always aligned with our brand and overall company strategy.
- Lead marketing and campaign activity in Italy: Take full responsibility for all Italy marketing efforts, from digital to offline channels, ensuring every campaign is flawlessly executed and delivers results.
- Manage the Italy budget: Be responsible for setting, managing, and optimizing the Italian marketing budget to achieve our commercial goals.
- Continuously analyze and optimize our performance: Drive performance improvements to maximize ROI across all campaigns and activities.
- Identify and build local relationships: Forge and nurture partnerships with influencers, brands, and other key stakeholders in the Italian market.
- Be our in-house local eyes and ears: Monitor OOONO's presence in Italy, stay ahead of market trends, and provide insights that shape our strategy.
We imagine you're someone who
- Has a strong commercial understanding: You're not just creative; you understand the business impact of every marketing decision.
- Has previous experience from a similar position and a proven track record: With 3-5 years of experience, particularly within start-ups or scale-ups, you know what it takes to build a brand and drive growth.
- Knows the various marketing disciplines like the back of your hand: From digital to offline (honestly, we're mostly digital, but we'd love to be more).
- Is a go-getter who can think strategically, but knows execution is everything: You're hands-on, ensuring that plans are executed flawlessly.
- Can work independently and thrives with responsibility: You're proactive, take initiative, and are comfortable being accountable for your work.
- Is a generalist: You have experience across a range of marketing disciplines and can adapt to different challenges.
- Has experience in the Italian market: An in-depth understanding of the Italian market is essential for this role.
- You don't have to be born and raised in Italy, but it's surely a plus.

The practical stuff
Working hours: Full-time, 37 hours per week
Location: On-site, 2500 Valby, Copenhagen. We expect you to be physically present in our office during workdays.
