Senior Controller
Fokus Nordic A/S er i markant udvikling, og lykkedes godt i det nordiske marked Derfor er finansområdet i tilsvarende udvikling og vækst. Dit overordnede ansvarsområde er regnskabsmæssige- samt økonomiske forhold med udgangspunkt i managementaftalen mellem kunden og Fokus Nordic A/S. Kunden dækkes typisk af to controllere der supplerer hinanden. Du kommer derfor både til at arbejde sammen med en dygtig og erfaren kollega, og til at arbejde selvstændigt med dine opgaver.

Arbejdsopgaverne omfatter primært:

  • Måneds- og kvartalsvis regnskabsrapportering til kunden, herunder gennemgang af rapporteringen med kunden.
  • Udarbejdelse af måneds- og kvartalsvis afstemninger, herunder momsindberetning.
  • Besvarelse af moms- og skattemæssige spørgsmål.
  • Aktiv sparringspartner og løbende dialog med kunden i samarbejde med Fund Manager, Asset Manager og Administrator.
  • Udarbejdelse af årsrapport og tæt dialog med revisor.
  • Være aktiv deltager og sparringspartner omkring nye forretningsgange samt nye projekter der igangsættes på tværs af organisationen.
  • Være proaktiv i forbindelse med løbende udvikling af afstemningsprocedurer samt give input til hvorledes regnskabsfunktionen vil kunne arbejde mere effektivt.
  • Yderligere arbejdsopgaver på tværs af Finansafdelingen må forventes i mindre omfang.

Finansafdelingen består ud over denne rolle p.t. af CFO, 7 controllere/senior controllere og 4 regnskabsassistenter. Teamet arbejder dagligt tæt sammen, og man vil have mange snitflader til de øvrige afdelinger i Fokus Asset Managements.

Den ideelle kandidat:

  • 3-5 års erfaring fra tilsvarende roller, og meget gerne fra ejendomsbranchen.
  • Gerne baggrund fra revision.
  • Erfaren indenfor kvartals- og årsafslutningsrutiner og ekstern rapportering.
  • Erfaring med konsolidering og skat er en fordel, men ikke en nødvendighed.
  • Særdeles kyndig til Excel.
  • Generelt IT kyndig og gerne erfaring med Unik.
  • Udadvendt og ikke bange for at tale engelsk.
  • Har en god balance mellem at være detaljeorienteret og helhedsorienteret.
  • Lyst til både at løse de små håndholdte opgaver, samt at have det fulde ansvar for en proces og en kundeportefølje.
  • Performance-drevet og opmærksom på deadlines.
  • God personlig gennemslagskraft.
  • Pro-aktiv og godt drive.
  • Selvstændig, fleksibel og ansvarstagende.
  • Gerne en god portion humør og humor.
