We are searching for an ambitious and hands-on operational Controller to join our finance team in a newly established on-site position.

Key Responsibilities

As our Controller, you will play a key role in strengthening our foundation while improving performance and efficiency. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing reports, budgets and forecasts as well as collaborating with remote teams to ensure quality and timeliness.
  • Controlling financials and monitoring business performance, while providing analysis to support operational excellence and decision-making.
  • Contributing to the optimization of systems and processes to enhance efficiency.
  • Serving as a key player in the upcoming ERP implementation, acting as a focal point for system integration with financial and operational workflows.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance business control and financial transparency.
Qualifications & Skills

The ideal candidate is adaptable, data-driven, and thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We are looking for candidates who possess:

  • 5+ years of relevant experience, ideally starting in audit and transitioning into an operational finance role.
  • Experience with ERP systems, accounting and financial reporting.
  • A hands-on approach with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
  • An analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and leverage data effectively.
  • A strong team player with excellent communication skills.
