The Network Management team is essential in selecting and managing relationships with cash correspondents, custodians, and partner banks, thereby enhancing our cash management and securities offerings. Collaboration is central to the success, working closely with the Cash Management and IVS teams in Transaction Banking, alongside various internal stakeholders such as CIB, LC&I Services, Treasury, and Legal. The Network Management team is dynamic, split between specialists for cash, custody, and partner banks, with members located in Copenhagen and Vilnius.

The IVS Business Management team, located in Copenhagen, directs the management and development of IVS products with a focus on business growth. This necessitates close collaboration with the Tribes organisation and LC&I Services to ensure strategic alignment and efficient operation.

As the Head of Network Management & IVS Business Management, you will be key to shaping our business strategies and ensuring our products meet the highest standards. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining strong relationships with the Bank's network providers, maintaining regular senior contact and building knowledge to implement new business strategies as well as leading or assisting with ad-hoc projects, coordinating with several stakeholders internally or externally.

Additionally, your responsibilities will entail:

- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement business strategies that align with the broad Transaction Banking / Forward 28 goals and objectives
- IVS Product Ownership: Ensure the IVS products meet the various regulatory and governance requirements and be responsible for driving the strategy of the product in close cooperation with the full value chain
- Financial Management: Oversee the financial performance of the IVS products and the costs paid to providers in Network Management to uphold financial health and profitability
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate risks to protect the business from potential threats
- Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and governance standards
- Innovation: Encourage innovation and identify opportunities for new business ventures or improvements

We are looking for a leader who possesses a solid professional background and relevant experience in areas such as strategy, product management, network management, transformation, or project management. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in managing teams and driving strategic initiatives, with the ability to navigate strategic changes and address ad hoc issues effectively.

- Extensive experience in strategy, product management, or network management, with a focus on transformation or project management.
- Effective leadership skills, with a history of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Expertise in people leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills, with the ability to manage and resolve complex issues.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international environment.
- Prior experience within a transaction banking organisation is advantageous.
