About the Opportunity

We are seeking a highly experienced professional to lead our Network Management & IVS Business Management teams. As the Head of Network Management & IVS Business Management, you will play a crucial role in shaping our business strategies and ensuring our products meet the highest standards.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in strategy, product management, network management, transformation, or project management. They will also possess excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement business strategies that align with the broad Transaction Banking goals and objectives
- Drive the strategy of the IVS product in close cooperation with the full value chain
- Oversee the financial performance of the IVS products and the costs paid to providers in Network Management
- Identify and mitigate risks to protect the business from potential threats

Requirements
- Extensive experience in strategy, product management, or network management, with a focus on transformation or project management.
- Excellent leadership skills, with a proven track record of managing teams and driving strategic initiatives.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable working in an international environment.
- Prior experience within a transaction banking organisation is advantageous.
