Financial Controller

About the position

Join our dynamic international finance team as a key player. You will lead the finance function of our German subsidiary and oversee controlling activities for TEFCOLD Group.

Expect approximately 20 travel days a year as part of your role.

We are committed to ensuring efficiency in all our processes. A key task will be to ensure efficient financial processes, controlling, and reporting. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring policy compliance through internal control.

You will report directly to the CFO of TEFCOLD Group.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage our financial Consolidation and Group Reporting.
- Oversee local finance in our German subsidiary with one local accountant reporting to you.
- Ensure compliance with transfer pricing regulations and manage tax-related matters.
- Assist in mergers and acquisitions activities, including financial due diligence and integration.
- Prepare comprehensive financial reports and develop strategic financial models.
- Controlling activities of TEFCOLD groups subsidiaries.
- Conduct Internal Audit in all our subsidiaries.
- Identify and implement key financial process improvements to drive efficiency.
- Lead the budgeting process, including financial forecasting and yearly budgets.
- Manage pay-rise cycle and bonus calculations in line with company policy.

Qualifications

- Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.
- Experience from a similar position within financial control, consolidation, and reporting preferred.
- Knowledge of Business Central an advantage.
- Proactive with business acumen.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Fluent in English.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
