This role offers an opportunity to work at the heart of the Transaction Banking team, providing vital support to ensure seamless operations. You'll collaborate closely with the Transaction Banking team and other key stakeholders to support and deliver on strategic objectives.

As a Personal Assistant within our Transaction Banking team, you support the Head of Transaction Banking and ensuring that daily operations run smoothly. Your ability to anticipate needs and offer proactive solutions will be key to maintaining efficiency and focus within the department.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the Head of Transaction Banking's calendar, aligning it with organisational priorities.
- Anticipate needs and provide proactive solutions to ensure smooth operations.
- Oversee travel arrangements, meeting preparations, and follow-ups.
- Handle sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
- Serve as the point of contact for stakeholders, ensuring effective communication.

Your Profile
You bring experience, confidence, and professional expertise to the table, making you an invaluable asset to our team. We are looking for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and can quickly integrate into our corporate culture. The ideal candidate will have:

- Experience as a Personal Assistant or a similar role, ideally within the banking or financial services sector.
- Solid organisational and strategic calendar management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in office management tools like Outlook, Excel, and Concur.
- Fluency in English.
