We are looking for someone who can help raise the bar for how Procurement works, performs and creates value across the company. This role is an important part of the team today, providing structure, transparency and steady follow-up on performance, tools and processes. What you will be focusing on You will maintain and improve several core Procurement excellence activities, including: - Facilitating our bi-weekly Lean board meetings, preparing materials, following up on KPIs and supporting continuous improvement - Maintaining and developing Excel-based tools for savings tracking, spend analysis and performance reporting - Managing the Scanmarket e-sourcing platform and helping the team use it effectively, including contract workflows - Coordinating and analyzing surveys, including our bi-annual NPS for the - Procurement function - Producing the monthly Procurement performance report and securing clear, accurate data from multiple systems - Maintaining and developing the Procurement risk portfolio framework - Procurement connection to our ESG and Sustainability department These tasks call for reliability, structure and a strong sense of ownership. How the role will evolve As the function matures, this role will become more proactive and value-creating and you will: - Spot patterns, trends and improvement opportunities in data - Challenge existing practices in a constructive way - Suggest simpler and more engaging ways to present insights - Support new KPIs, dashboards and decision-support tools - Be a sparring partner to the Head of Procurement and Category Managers on performance and process improvement - Help nurture a culture of curiosity and continuous improvement Competencies Who you are We care more about your approach than your title. You might recognize yourself here: - Structured, reliable and motivated by getting things right - Comfortable with data, Excel and systems, but also keen to improve how things are done - Naturally proactive and open to asking why or how something could be done smarter - Pragmatic, down-to-earth and easy to work with - Able to bring calm and clarity when things are complex - Independent, yet collaborative and communicative - Experience in procurement, operations, performance management or business support is helpful, but mindset matters more than a perfect match Your background You may have: - Experience in procurement, finance, business operations or performance roles - Strong Excel skills and an interest in data and structure - Experience with KPIs, reporting or process improvement - Familiarity with e-sourcing or contract management tools, or the willingness to learn Curiosity, dependability and motivation to grow are what we value most.
