The Position
In this forward-thinking role, you will play a pivotal role in leading and optimizing our Lean operations team, while ensuring top-tier performance and regulatory compliance. You will be instrumental in building a competent and motivated team, driving continuous improvement, and effectively managing resources. You will:
- Ensure our "Lean Supply System" is fully implemented and active across the entire business area in ET.
- Develop and set the overall Lean direction for PSQIT (Product Supply, Quality & IT) in collaboration with other Lean partners in PSQIT.
- Drive the Lean community and continuously enhance its impact within ET. Facilitate systematic problem-solving on some of our biggest challenges.
- Coach, teach, and develop leaders and employees in Lean principles, systems, and tools.
- Additionally, you will continuously improve the Lean site maturity assessments and lead our monthly strategic goal meetings in ET.

Qualifications
We are looking for someone with:
- An academic degree in a relevant field (engineering, chemistry, pharmacy, business management, or project management) or equivalent relevant experience.
- Very good communication, stakeholder management, change management and ideally leadership skills. Previous experience in production leadership will be an advantage.
- Certifications in Lean such as Black Belt/DMAIC or 3-star preferred.
- Experience in designing and executing Lean transformations preferred.
- Proven experience in coaching Lean principles, systems, and tools for senior leaders and employees at all organizational levels.

In Emerging Technology (ET), we are approximately 2,000 dedicated employees based in Måløv (DK), Taastrup (DK), Petersburg (US), Durham (US), and Athlone (IR) - and our sites are continuing to grow.
Our department - Operational Excellence and Integration is part of ET Business Development & Support and consists of 25 highly skilled professionals striving to support and meet complex organizational needs. We drive cross-functional agendas within Lean, QMS, Training and Integration. We are a lively and diverse team with experts from various educational backgrounds and levels of experience. Although ambitions are high, we maintain a light and informal tone. You will enjoy workdays with a large degree of independence while working closely with highly skilled colleagues across the organization.
