Then here is a unique opportunity to join Carlsberg Integrated IT as they are gearing up for a SAP S/4Hana migration about the jobCarlsberg's Western Europe region operates on SAP and they are planning the projects underpinning their multi-year business strategy, Sail '27.As a Stream Lead of Technical Test & Release Management in IIT, you and your team will be responsible for ensuring the successful testing and release of the SAP S/4HANA solution in Western Europe.You will be at the forefront of ensuring the quality and timely delivery of the SAP ERP programme. You will bring the expertise to manage testing cycles and release schedules that ensure smooth and successful deployments.key tasksYour tasks and responsibilities include:Strategic Test Management: - Develop and maintain robust test strategies and plans to ensure quality and performance standards are met- Structure, plan and synchronize a complex test environment with many stakeholders, integrations and SAP S/4 functional developmentRelease Oversight: - Manage and coordinate release schedules, ensuring compliance with timelines and addressing any issues or discrepancies proactively- Coordinate with business as usual to ensure alignment of business plans and programme plansProject Collaboration: - Work closely with IT Service Owners, Business Owners, SAP delivery team, externals and 3rd parties to ensure testing and release processes are aligned with programme requirements- Manage a large team of test and release resources needed during the programmeRisk Management: - Identify and mitigate risks related to test execution and release managementDocumentation and Reporting: - Maintain detailed records of test plans, results, release schedules, and related documentation about youWe are seeking an experienced leader with a strong technical background, preferably from the FMCG industry, who possesses:- Minimum 7 years of experience in test and release management- Extensive knowledge of SAP, preferably S/4HANA- Strong coordination skills and experience in managing complex testing cycles and release schedules- Experience working in high-paced, international environments- Fluent in EnglishPreferred certifications: - SAP Certified Technology Associate - SAP S/4HANA System Administration- ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) Foundation Certification- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or SAFe Agilistcarlsberg integrated information technology (IIT)Join Carlsberg's IIT organisation, the global provider of technology services to all business functions, regions, and markets in the Carlsberg Group.
