Her bliver du en del af et dedikeret team, der håndterer komplekse logistikprojekter for messer, events og udstillinger – og du får mulighed for at arbejde i et globalt miljø, hvor kvalitet og samarbejde er i fokus. Om rollen Som Project Specialist får du ansvaret for at planlægge og koordinere projekter fra start til slut. Du bliver bindeleddet mellem kunder, leverandører og interne teams, og din opgave er at sikre, at alt forløber gnidningsfrit – fra den første transportplanlægning og prissætning til den endelige levering. Det kræver struktur, overblik og evnen til at håndtere mange detaljer, men også en fleksibel tilgang, når tingene ændrer sig undervejs. Dine primære opgaver: Planlægning og koordinering af logistikprojekter for messer og udstillinger. Tilbudsafgivning Sikre overholdelse af deadlines, budgetter og kundekrav. Kommunikation med internationale kunder og in- og eksterne stakeholders. Udarbejdelse af projektplaner og rapportering. Løbende optimering af processer og arbejdsgange. Hvem er du? Vi leder efter dig, der har en solid baggrund som uddannet speditør og kender til transport og logistik i praksis. Hvis du har erfaring med messelogistik, er det et stort plus – for du ved, at denne verden kræver præcision, kreativ problemløsning og evnen til at tænke hurtigt. Du trives med ansvar og kan holde hovedet koldt, når deadlines nærmer sig. Du er kommunikativ, samarbejdsorienteret og har en naturlig evne til at skabe gode relationer – både med kunder og kollegaer. Derudover behersker du dansk og engelsk på højt niveau, og du er vant til at arbejde med IT-værktøjer som MS Office og gerne projektstyringssystemer.
