The Role:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic professional to join our team as the Head of EUR Fixed Income Trading. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading our EUR Fixed Income trading teams, driving strategic initiatives, and delivering strong results in a competitive market environment.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the EUR Fixed Income trading team, fostering a high-performance culture.
2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance our fixed income offerings and market position.
3. Monitor market trends and identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a One Markets performance, and alignment with the bank's overall objectives.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients.
6. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.

Qualifications:

1. Proven experience in fixed income markets, with a focus on EUR.
2. Deep knowledge of risk management and a strong understanding of the collaboration up against Debt Capital Markets.
3. Strong leadership skills and a track record of managing successful teams.
4. Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
6. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
7. Relevant degree in finance, economics, or a related field.
