RTS Scandinavia ApS, a leading incoming tour operator specializing in customized itineraries for groups to Scandinavia, Finland, Iceland, Greenland, Faroe Island and the Baltics states, is seeking candidates to join our operations department. As part of a global network with own sales offices in China, Thailand, and Indonesia, we value diversity and teamwork, with 22 employees in our Copenhagen office from various nationalities. Job description The successful candidate will be responsible for: - Planning and booking itineraries, including hotels, transportation, guides, and restaurants. - Coordinating with tour leaders and ensuring smooth travel experiences for our guests. - Collaborating with customers, suppliers, and partners to deliver exceptional service. Requirements - Fluency in English (written and verbal). - Proficiency in one or more of the following languages is desirable: Korean, Mandarin, or Cantonese, but not a must. - Ability to use previous experience into a new field of business. - Solid Microsoft Office skills. - Strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail, and ability to multitask. - Team player with excellent communication skills. - Valid full-time work permit in Denmark.
