NetSuite Administrator

We are looking for a NetSuite Administrator to join a rapidly growing SaaS business with an international atmosphere. In this role, you will be part of the Finance organization providing expertise and support in Oracle NetSuite.

With locations in the hearts of Copenhagen, Kolding, Aarhus, and Aalborg, we offer you a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations. As many of your colleagues will be located out of Aalborg, we expect you to be present in Aalborg on a regular basis. No relocation assistance is offered for this position.

Who are you ideally?

• 3+ years' experience as a NetSuite Administrator.
• 7+ years providing technical support for NetSuite or other Enterprise Business System.
• Experience in connecting NetSuite to internal & external applications such as Okta, Salesforce, Databricks, and others, utilizing APIs and EDI.
• Experience supporting and configuring ZONE Advanced Billing SuiteApp.
• Basic knowledge of SuiteScripts.
• Ability to balance technical skills with business savvy by transforming end-user needs into technical and functional requirements.
• Well-organized, ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
• Able to work independently with remote supervision.
• A team player with a 'Can do attitude' to connect with the right people and get things done.
• English skills at a business level.

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for NetSuite users while documenting the issue, status, and resolution.
• Resolve issues with customization, workflows, and scripts, independently or collaboratively with third-party NetSuite Support Vendor.
• Be the primary point of contact for resolving EDI issues with our 3rd party EDI service vendor.
• Assist users in creating advanced Saved Searches, Dashboard, KPIs, and Reports.
• Log issues and coordinate issue resolution with our 3rd party NetSuite support partner.
• As part of a team, provide system customization, and optimization based on business requirements.
• Contribute to maintaining NetSuite through system updates, bundle updates, as well as monitoring system performance.
• Manage user roles and permissions to ensure users have access to data and tools needed to do their job while keeping focused on maintaining NetSuite security.
• Create and maintain documentation of NetSuite processes, customizations, and configurations.
