We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Business System Specialist to join our rapidly growing SaaS business with an international atmosphere. As part of the Finance organization, you will provide expertise and support in Oracle NetSuite.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support for NetSuite users while documenting the issue, status, and resolution.
  • Resolve issues with customization, workflows, and scripts, independently or collaboratively with third-party NetSuite Support Vendor.
  • Be the primary point of contact for resolving EDI issues with our 3rd party EDI service vendor.

You will work closely with financial experts, system administrators, and technical colleagues across Trackunit. Our company offers a flexible setup with the possibility to work from one of our locations, and we expect you to be present in Aalborg on a regular basis.
