Your new role

In this job, you will have an important role in securing compliance across our supply chain. You will work closely with a broad range of stakeholders to support line of business in achieving compliance. You will use your project management skills to improve current processes and to leverage the quality mindset across our organization. You will ensure alignment and excellence in all steps from data quality to reporting and escalation. The role is a unique opportunity to influence and continuously improve core quality systems and the decisions around quality.

In this position, you will work across the organization and across sites in Lundbeck. You will scope the project to ensure that our global processes reflect our commitment to quality and compliance.

Your future team

Corporate Product Quality Systems (CPQS) is a team of 12 highly skilled and competent colleagues. CPQS is part of the Corporate Product Quality organization which consists of about 200 employees.

CPQS has a wide range of responsibilities, amongst others:

  • Continuous development of the global quality system
  • Optimization of our business and quality processes
  • Evaluation of new initiatives in the industry
  • Internal and external audits
  • Supplier evaluations
  • GMP/GDP training

The position is based in Valby HQ where you will report to the Vice President of Corporate Product Quality Assurance. Some international travel is required. Our team has an international profile; thus, our daily language in the office is English.

What you bring to the team

For this role, we are looking for a dedicated colleague with the following skills and competencies:

  • Relevant education, such as a Master’s degree in pharmacy, engineering, or business-oriented.
  • 5+ years of relevant working experience within QA or manufacturing in the Pharmaceutical Industry.
  • Previous experience with leading projects that have shown significant impact on processes and culture.
  • Solid communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Good analytical mindset.
  • Solid experience in working with and visualizing data to support diagnostics.
  • Soft skills, negotiating, convincing, etc.
