Customer Experience & Process Owner – Byg fremtidens B2B kunderejser hos Falck

Så kan du være den person, vi søger Som Customer Experience & Process Owner hos Falck vil du få ansvar for at udvikle og optimere kunderejser, der engagerer og skaber resultater. Du vil arbejde med at automatisere flows, oprette kampagner og analysere data, alt sammen med et skarpt fokus på at forbedre oplevelsen for vores B2B-kunder.
Dine primære opgaver vil inkludere:
- Lede udviklingen og optimeringen af kunderejser og touchpoints i Falck Erhverv
- Udvikle samt implementere automatiserede flows og triggerbaserede kampagner, herunder velkomstflows, exitflows og fastholdelsesflows
- Bygge journeys og mailkampagner i Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Arbejde med data og databerigelse i vores systemer, herunder kundedata, adfærdsdata, Salesforce Data og Treasure Data
- Analysere salgsdata og udarbejde markedsanalyser
- Arbejde med kundetilfredshedsundersøgelser og analysere kundefeedback for at omsætte indsigt til konkrete anbefalinger og forbedringsmuligheder i vores touchpoints
Om dig
Du trives i en rolle, hvor du kan arbejde selvstændigt og tage ansvar for dine egne projekter. Du kommer til at samarbejde med vores dygtige studentermedhjælper, som arbejder med data & kampagner, men vil også have tæt samarbejde med CRM & Martech afdelingen i Falck Direct Care (B2C).
Vi forestiller os, at du:
- Har minimum 2 års erfaring med kunderejser, marketing automation eller en lignende rolle – enten fra et fuldtidsjob eller studiejob
- Er selvkørende og struktureret i dit arbejde og har erfaring med at lede projekter
- Er nysgerrig, elsker at teste, eksperimentere og optimere processer baseret på data og analyser
- Er datadrevet og løbende optimerer dine tiltag baseret på indsigt
- Har interesse for kundebehov og pain points samt erfaring med design og teknologi
- Har flair for projektledelse og er klar til at tage ansvar for større strategiske projekter
- Det vil være en fordel, hvis du har kendskab til Salesforce Marketing Cloud og Treasure Data

I teamet for B2B Market & Commercial Development er vi et lille, engageret team med stor passion for at understøtte vores salgskanaler. Vi arbejder tæt sammen både internt i teamet og med andre afdelinger på tværs af organisationen. Du vil få mulighed for at løse opgaver selvstændigt og tage ansvar for dine projekter, samtidig med at du arbejder tæt med marketing, kommunikation, salg og produktafdelingerne.
