Technical Project Manager – Embedded Sensors
Location: Lysaker
Contract: 2 years (potential for permanent)

Your Role
As a Technical Project Manager , you will lead the end-to-end development of embedded sensor technology, collaborating with cross-functional teams in engineering, production, and R&D. Your leadership will ensure the timely delivery of key projects aligned with our strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the development of embedded sensor technology for maritime applications.
- Coordinate and oversee multiple workstreams, ensuring effective collaboration between internal teams and external partners.
- Identify and select industry partners to support product development.
- Drive real-world testing and pilot phases, tracking performance and making necessary adjustments.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings across departments to ensure project alignment.
- Monitor project milestones, providing regular updates to senior management.
- Collaborate with external vendors, suppliers, and clients to integrate new technologies smoothly.
- Identify and address potential risks to prevent delays or issues.
What you need to succeed in the role:
- Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- 3-5 years of experience managing technology/product development projects.
- Proven experience with mechanical, electronic, and software engineering integration.
- Background in sensor technology or "smart" product development is highly desirable.
- Strong technical knowledge paired with excellent problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional organizational, communication, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a diverse, international environment.
- Fluent English, both spoken and written, and a willingness to travel globally as required.
