The Position

As a Senior Asset Management and Reliability Specialist, you will:

  • Develop and execute asset management strategies and best practices.
  • Optimise the performance, reliability, and lifecycle costs of production assets.
  • Work with assembly and packaging lines for finished products at global production sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure best practices are implemented.
  • Report directly to the Director of Asset Management & Maintenance within FPM Engineering.

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

  • Proven 3+ years' experience in asset management.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to develop and implement strategies.
  • Understanding of ISO 55000 (Asset Management).
  • Expertise in predictive maintenance, reliability-centered maintenance (RCM), and total productive maintenance (TPM).
  • Proficiency in cost-benefit analysis, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA).

We are looking for candidates who possess a proactive and solution-oriented approach, quickly identifying and resolving asset management challenges to enhance production efficiency. Excellent communication & collaboration skills play a crucial role since this role is the key link between engineering, production, and maintenance teams, the candidate must be able to convey complex technical information clearly and foster effective cross-functional collaboration. The perfect candidate thrives in a dynamic environment, embraces change, and continuously seeks innovative ways to improve asset performance and lifecycle cost efficiency.

About the department

FPM Engineering is part of Finished Product Manufacturing (FPM), with a dedicated team of around 50 colleagues. We work collaboratively to support and optimise processes across all global sites. Our primary responsibility is to drive performance in FPM on all assembly and packaging lines, ensuring best practices. Located at our headquarters, we are committed to bringing value to our patients by supporting all sites with process standardisation, ramp-up excellence, and technological leadership.
