Nrep, part of Urban Partners, is a leading real estate investor and innovator in the Nordics. With our residential brand Juli Living the ambition is to improve life for our customers, and we work dedicatedly to deliver high-quality housing and provide excellent customer service with approximately 14,000 apartments under management. Today, we manage approx. 5,000 residential units in Denmark, and with a pipeline of more than 2,000 units in the coming years, a significant part of your role will be onboarding new properties.

You will work closely with multiple internal stakeholders such as portfolio management, transactions, debt, finance, letting, and facility management towards above-market asset performance and ESG goals.

About the role

As a Senior Associate in Asset Management, you will have responsibility for a selected portfolio of residential assets and play a key role in developing our residential business in Denmark. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking commercial responsibility for named real estate assets/portfolio in the residential segment
  • Developing and implementing asset management strategies and asset business plans to optimize the performance of our residential portfolio
  • Supporting the development of investment strategies, the residential product and assessing new opportunities
  • Managing and developing stakeholder relationships, including key suppliers and internal teams
  • Conducting financial analyses and reporting on asset performance
  • Developing a customer-centric business model, including plans to improve tenant satisfaction and foster strong community relations
  • Overseeing lease agreements, negotiations, and property inspections
  • Driving ESG initiatives in line with our sustainability goals
  • Contributing to asset divestment and acquisition processes to enable smooth and high-quality delivery
Experience and skills

We are looking for a motivated individual who is diligent, analytical, and thrives in a dynamic environment. At Nrep, we value a positive, entrepreneurial spirit, collaboration, and strong communication skills. You should have several years of experience within asset management and residential properties.

We expect you to have strong people skills, a proven track record of driving results, and the ability to take ownership of complex projects. A Master's or Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as economics and/or real estate, along with relevant experience in the real estate industry, is required.

To succeed, you should possess the ability to prioritize tasks and have a hands-on approach to problem-solving. Fluent written and spoken Danish and English, along with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, are required.
