About the Role:
At BITZER Electronics, we develop and either self-produce or sub-contract electronics. Activities are done every day within all functions of the company, and the finance controlling team is an anchor-point for financial integrity across our company.

As our Product Costing Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our master data and product costing in SAP. You will work across various departments, providing data-driven insights that influence key business decisions and contribute to our profitability.

Your Responsibilities:

  1. Take ownership of the master data and product costing within our SAP system.
  2. Support the business in product costing and conduct variance and deviation analyses to support financial planning and performance tracking.
  3. Engage in monthly and yearly financial closing processes, including statutory and tax reporting, while maintaining robust transfer pricing documentation.
  4. Develop and refine financial control systems and reporting mechanisms, providing critical commentary and explanations of financial results.
  5. Collaborate closely with Sales & Operations, R&D, and Quality teams to align financial strategies and operational goals.

Success Factors:
You will thrive in this role if you are adept at analyzing cross-system data to produce high-quality, reliable data that serves as a foundation for enterprise-wide decisions.

About You:
We are looking for a colleague in this newly established role, who comes with all the skills and experiences required to fill the position from day one. Your educational background: Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science or equivalent.

We are looking for experience and a proven track record in production, preferably in the electronics sector, with a deep understanding of financial and accounting processes related to S&OP and product costing.

Skills: Proficient in SAP R3/4HANA, SAP BW, Microsoft Excel, and other financial tools.

The following attributes must be applicable to you: Analytical mindset, capable of managing complex data and processes. Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable insights.
