Job Description

The team at 25 Hours Hotel Paper Island is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations in our different outlets including our Asian inspired restaurant Tigerlily, our Nomad Day Bar and during events in our function rooms. We are looking forward to welcoming you as Chef (f/m/d) in our team.

How does your working day look like …

  • As part of your job you’ll ensure that processes are flexible, the kitchen is clean and the team members work hand in hand – even if the receipt list is sometimes longer.
  • You’ll be committed to the high standards of our food, and make sure our junior chefs, apprentices and trainees are committed to this goal as well.
  • As a trained caterer, you’ll also be taking up the ladle yourself over and over again.
Qualifications

Your personality counts more than your CV …

  • You’ve completed a course of training as a chef, and you have experience as a young chef or commis chef.
  • You can motivate your fellow staff and lead a team.
  • You’re passionate about live cooking and international cuisine, and are renowned for your organisational skills in the kitchen.
  • You’re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character.
