Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive individual to join our team as a Receptionist & Logistics Assistant . In this versatile role, you will play a key part in handling reception duties, ensuring office maintenance, supporting logistics activities, and assisting with accounting tasks. The ideal candidate is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing diverse responsibilities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
Reception & Office Support:
- Greet incoming guests, answer and direct calls, accept and manage incoming deliveries.
- Provide general office support and act as the office handyman for minor maintenance tasks, including maintaining office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office environment is in good working order.
Logistics Support:
- Assist the logistics department by preparing, packing, and labelling equipment for shipment.
- Manage returned equipment, including unpacking, inspecting, notifying the relevant team members, and updating records in the internal system.
- Track shipments via the freight forwarder portal and inform receivers when their shipments have been delivered.
Accounting Support:
- Bookkeeping & Payments: Ensure accurate bookkeeping and the timely payment of the company’s expenses.
- Customer Receivables: Follow up on outstanding customer receivables and assist in maintaining up-to-date accounts.
- Invoice Management: Manage incoming and outgoing invoices, ensuring they are accurately recorded and processed.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or logistics support is a plus.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic technical aptitude to handle minor office repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
