Administrative Support Coordinator

Key ResponsibilitiesThis versatile role involves:
- Handling reception duties, including greeting guests, answering calls, and managing deliveries.
- Providing general office support and maintenance tasks, such as office supplies and equipment upkeep.
In addition, you will assist the logistics department by:
- Packing and labelling equipment for shipment.
- Managing returned equipment, including inspection and updating records.
- Tracking shipments via freight forwarder portals and notifying receivers.
You will also support accounting activities, ensuring accurate bookkeeping and timely payment of expenses, as well as maintaining up-to-date customer accounts and processing invoices.
Preferred QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should possess:
- Previous experience in office administration, reception, or logistics support.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Good communication skills in English and Danish, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Basic technical aptitude for minor office repairs and maintenance.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
