Can you provide the right reporting and financial tasks for NKT's Velké Meziříčí plant?
The purpose of this position is to act as a Finance Business Partner as well as the sole Finance Representative, supporting the Plant Director and local management in financial matters, analysis and performance management. It also helps with trading strategy and guiding the trade in the right direction.

The Financial Controller's job description includes, among other things:

  1. Operate as a Finance Business Partner
  2. Manage operational controlling
  3. Manage budget and forecast processes
  4. Provide periodic reports on time
  5. Implement and manage standard processes together with local leaders
  6. Analytics to support business operations
  7. Work on controlling product costs
  8. Cooperate with a Shared Service Centre, which provides accounting services
  9. Working on process descriptions related to finance
  10. Responsible for the financial intercompany flow for the LHV cables
  11. Working closely with the investment team for Capex requests, overviews, business cases and follow-ups on a regular basis

We are looking for an independent, purposeful person to join our team with the ability to sort priorities according to urgency.
We expect the following skills and experience from our Financial Controller:

  1. Sufficient experience for a position in the financial environment as a business controller or finance business partner in an international manufacturing company
  2. Understanding and experience in dealing with other departments (sales, operations, finance)
  3. Analytical approach to work and strategic skills
  4. Strong communication skills
  5. Ambitious, tenacious personality
  6. Knowledge of SAP is an advantage
  7. Czech and English language skills
