Directure is looking to attract professionals to join as Consultants in our office in Copenhagen.

Directure is an international management consulting firm devoted to advising and assisting organisations within life science, healthcare and other regulated industries, to realise their strategy aspirations. Directure comprises of two practices: a People Resource Practice and a Consulting Practice. We operate with an integrated approach to consulting, combining best practice standards and disciplines of Management Consulting, International Search and People Resource Consulting. We combine the in-depth expertise of an international advisor with the focus and flexibility of a boutique consulting firm that has put impact above size.

Never the same

The consultants will work closely with colleagues and clients in project teams and will be assigned different tasks and responsibilities depending on the individual consultant’s skills and experience.

Responsibilities and accountabilities of the position include:

• Performing analyses of different companies and industries, and preparing marketing books for business development
• Understanding of organisational aspects, operational characteristics and performance management
• Developing strategies for the attraction, motivation and development of the right people to meet the needs of our clients
• Interaction with candidates on all levels
• Engagement in a professional setting with clients and diverse stakeholders
• Providing customised solutions to clients on resource needs, workforce optimisation and business development

Minimum Requirements:

Consultants must have a Master’s degree and could have up to 3 years of experience from an employment with management consulting firms - executive search or business consulting - or from a role in sales or business development. Candidates must be decisive, disciplined and able to work in a performance-driven environment in which learning and the exchange of knowledge is central.

• Strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in spoken and written English
