Job Description

The consultants will work closely with colleagues and clients in project teams and will be assigned different tasks and responsibilities depending on the individual consultant's skills and experience. Responsibilities include:

• Performing analyses of different companies and industries, and preparing marketing books for business development;
• Understanding organisational aspects, operational characteristics and performance management;
• Developing strategies for the attraction, motivation and development of the right people to meet the needs of our clients;
• Interaction with candidates on all levels;
• Engagement in a professional setting with clients and diverse stakeholders;
• Providing customised solutions to clients on resource needs, workforce optimisation and business development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

Candidates must have a Master's degree and up to 3 years of experience from an employment with management consulting firms - executive search or business consulting - or from a role in sales or business development. They must be decisive, disciplined and able to work in a performance-driven environment. Key skills include:
