Hos Clever arbejder vi på at realisere vores vision om en grønnere fremtid ved at gøre det så attraktivt som muligt for danskerne at vælge elbilen. Clever kunderne bruger deres ladestandere hver dag, og derfor er installationen noget af det helt centrale i deres oplevelse af Clevers produkter og løsninger.

Derfor søger vi nu en Technical Product Owner til at drive udviklingen af strategiske initiativer omkring vores installationer.

Din hovedopgave bliver at produktudvikle og optimere vores installationsløsninger til primært B2C segmentet, men du vil sekundært også have ansvaret for udviklingen af løsninger til B2B segmentet. Vi arbejder i et komplekst landskab, hvor hver dag byder på nye udfordringer, der kræver tekniske løsninger, kreativ tænkning og et stærkt samarbejde.

Vores ønsker til en ny kollega
Vi forestiller os, at du kommer med en baggrund som elektriker, installatør, maskinmester eller lignende, så du har et solidt el-teknisk fundament. Derudover har du enten en solid erfaring som product owner eller lyst til at vokse ind rollen, som vi klæder dig på til at løfte.

Du synes, det er spændende at indsamle input fra markedet og forretningen, så vi er skarpe på, hvad der er vores største udviklingspotentialer. Med afsæt i dine analyser definerer du de fedeste løsninger for Clever og vores kunder. Det vigtigste for os er, at du har en solid base inden for det el-tekniske og et potentiale til at lære det kommercielle.

I teamet spiller vi bold op af hinanden på daglig basis. Vi giver hinanden ærlig feedback - også selvom det kan gøre ondt på stoltheden. Men det gør vi, fordi vi tror på, at produktet bliver bedre, når vi diskuterer og finder løsninger sammen.

Dine primære opgaver bliver

  • Indsamle og forstå behov på tværs af kunder, markedet, installationspartnere, interne stakeholders og gældende lovgivning.
  • Udvikle roadmappet for installationsløsninger og sikre, at den er i overensstemmelse med Clevers strategi og markedsbehovene.
  • Samarbejde med interne og eksterne stakeholders i udvikling og videreudvikling af installationsløsninger.
  • Fungere som bindeled mellem tekniske teams, installationspartnere og ikke-tekniske stakeholders.
  • Sikre at de løsninger vi udvikler overholder gældende lovgivning for installationer i Danmark.
  • Følge op på kvaliteten af udførte installationer og lave justeringer for at hæve kvaliteten.
  • Test og evaluering af ladebokse i forhold til installation, softwareintegration og driftmæssige opdateringer.

Vores forventninger til dig

  • Du har en baggrund som installatør, eller en anden baggrund der sikrer, at du har fuld forståelse af elektriske installationer og den tilhørende lovgivning.
  • Tænker kreativt og arbejder strategisk.
  • Du er en god kommunikatør, og kan klart formidle dine visioner og ønsker til både tekniske og ikke-tekniske kollegaer.
  • Erfaring med ladestandere og installation af ladere er en fordel, men ikke et krav.
  • Det samme gælder for kommunikationen mellem ladestandere og backend systemer. Erfaring er en fordel, men ikke et krav.

Teamet
Du vil blive en del af Clevers Produkt-team, hvor vi har ansvar for hardwaren, vi tilbyder Clevers kunder, den back-end laderne kommunikerer med og vores intelligente opladning.

Vi er lige nu et team, der består af andre Product Owners, udviklere og en projektleder. Vi er ambitiøse, pragmatiske og nyder at samarbejde på tværs af fagligheder. Vi er et begejstret team, der får energi af at levere løsninger til Clever, som gør livet med elbil bedre for vores kunder.

Som team prioriterer vi at bruge tid med hinanden og søger en, der har lyst til at være gavmild med sig selv og er nysgerrig på sine kollegaer.
