Product Owner, eCommerce
As Carlsberg is accelerating its journey within digital, specifically eB2B, we are seeking a skilled and experienced Product Owner to join our IT department and lead the definition and implementation of a state-of-the-art e-commerce platform.

What You'll Be Doing
You will be central in ensuring a solid foundation for Carlsberg's digital route to market, ensuring the scalability of solutions, and working closely with commercial teams and external partners. If you're driven by digital innovation, creating great customer experiences, and commercial execution, this role is for you.

Your primary tasks and responsibilities include:

  • Working in a cross-functional environment to define and deliver an eCommerce platform.
  • Continuously interact with the eB2B team to ensure that frontend solutions are well integrated into our eCommerce suite.
  • Gather and prioritize requirements from stakeholders, including sales, marketing, customer service, and IT.
  • Develop detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

What we're looking for
We are looking for an experienced, data-driven product owner with a deep understanding of building and implementing eCommerce platforms, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to deliver high-quality solutions. You have preferably been part of a global rollout of eCommerce-centric frontend solutions and have experience working agile in a large team.

You understand the role of the product owner and you appreciate the importance of managing multiple stakeholders in a large cross-functional setting.

You have:

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile development environment.
  • Familiarity with frontend technologies, responsive design principles, and user experience best practices.
