Your Daily Mjolner Life
Working from Mjolner's office in central Madrid you will be joining a team of highly skilled ServiceNow Consultants, designing, developing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for our Danish clients.
As a Senior ServiceNow Consultant your role will be to provide strategic consulting to the clients on ServiceNow best practices and capabilities. Leading the projects all the way from design to development and implementation you will be responsible for:
- Conducting requirement analysis, system configuration and custom development.
- Overseeing project timelines, deliverables and resource allocation.
- Mentoring and guiding Junior Consultants and other team members.
As a Junior ServiceNow Consultant your role will be to assist in the design and development of ServiceNow solutions. Supporting the implementation, customization and maintenance of the solutions, you will be responsible for:
- Providing technical support and troubleshooting for clients.
- Gathering and analyzing specific requirements in close collaboration with Senior Consultants.
- Conducting testing and quality assurance for ServiceNow solutions.
Your Personal Qualifications and Competences
To qualify for both positions you must hold a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent.
As a Senior profile you have a minimum of 5 years of experience as a ServiceNow Consultant. Your understanding of IT Service Management, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management and IT Operations Management is strong. Also, you are proficient in ServiceNow scripting, configuration and integration to an extent that you can consult and guide clients independently.
As a Junior profile you have a basic understanding of IT Service Management concepts and probably you have experience with JavaScript, HTML and CSS. You are analytical and have a “problem-solving” mindset.
We value a curious mindset and a willingness to learn and develop your skills in close cooperation with your colleagues as well as your clients.
Collaborating in a multi-disciplinary and multi-cultural setting is something that comes naturally to you due to your well-developed communication skills. Your level of English must be high as you will be working remotely with the rest of the team situated in Denmark as well as external clients.
To succeed with the above, we will make sure you visit Mjolner in Denmark, both initially and going forward, to meet your Danish colleagues and get to know our company and unique culture from the inside. Onsite customer meetings might also occur.
