Role Overview
You will manage a team of 8 highly skilled and dedicated IT specialists, including Software Developers, a Service Delivery Manager, and Application Consultants. Your job is to ensure that the team is motivated, happy, and aligned with the latest technologies in their domain.
It is your responsibility to allocate team members to assignments, oversee the delivery and performance of your team, and gather feedback from stakeholders inside and outside of Mjolner.
You will also handle the recruitment process in collaboration with our Recruitment Partners in Denmark, ensuring that new colleagues in Madrid have the best start at Mjolner, which may include trips to Denmark.
As the People Manager, you will also serve as the Office Manager in Madrid, managing office administration, facility management, handling employee benefits, fostering a positive office environment, and arranging social activities for the team.
