“You will become part of the Commercial Agile Release Train (ART) in Arla IT where we deliver IT solutions across the Commercial functions in Europe. You will be leading the business change agenda for one or more epics by driving the change agenda forward in collaboration with the business functions and IT” says Stephanie Mesker, Business Change Management Lead for the Commercial ART.

We are a team of 80-100 people working in an inspiring and dynamic environment. We work agile (SAFe) across an international organization, involving Arla internals as well as externals. In the ART you will join the Business Change Management (BCM) team led by the BCM Manager in Commercial ART.

How You Will Make An Impact

Your responsibility will be to ensure business adaptation in the roll-out and implementation of Digital solutions to support the digital ways of working within the Commercial space. You will work on different activities stretching seven countries in the eurozone. You do so by analyzing how changes will affect our business and identifying, involving, and collaborating with key stakeholders to enable the changes needed. We rely heavily on your ability to inspire, prepare, and mobilize the organization for the changes to come. In doing so, you take the lead by using your change management experience, business acumen, and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Specifically, you will:

  1. Be responsible for planning and execution of Business Change Management (BCM) activities in the team.
  2. Understand and communicate the change impact for super users and the organization.
  3. Prepare stakeholder management, end user adoption plans, communication materials, and facilitate training sessions.
  4. Prepare Arla leaders for their role in leading the change. Lead, coach, and inspire your colleagues and support their development.
  5. Actively participate in the BCM team in Commercial ART as well as in Arla IT’s BCM Communities to spar with colleagues and improve the BCM discipline within Arla IT.

What Will Make You Successful

In this role, you will make good use of strong communication and business acumen skills, being strong on structure and business analysis, as well as having strong relationship-building skills. Because you will be collaborating across the Arla organization, you will need to be skilled in influencing, communicating, and working effectively at all levels, so you can get to know the stakeholders and ways of working.

Moreover, you:

  1. Have a master’s degree or equivalent within IT, Communication, Business Economics, or similar.
  2. Bring experience from a similar role within business change management. Experience in utilizing change management approaches (ADKAR or other relevant).
  3. Have a good business and process understanding and able to understand IT solutions at an overall level.
  4. Excellent stakeholder management skills and an ability to inspire and encourage change locally while located at headquarters.
  5. You will join an international team working across borders, so fluency in English is a pre-requisite, and experience from working in a multicultural company is an advantage.
  6. Experience with agile methodology/SAFe is an advantage.
  7. Knowledge within the Commercial area is a plus.
  8. 5-10 days of travel per year can be expected.
