We're leading the search for an experienced Corporate/M&A Senior Attorney with a background in advising on private equity backed or private M&A deals interested in moving into W&I ("warranty and indemnity") insurance broking market. The business is investing in developing the European presence and are interested in developing a Nordics proposition. The business advises buyers and sellers on the procurement of W&I policies for complex and multi-jurisdictional deals. We are looking to talk to senior corporate attorney with an entrepreneurial attitude and appetite to move into a commercially driven role with leadership credentials.
