LTSA Contract Manager

We're currently seeking a dynamic Contract Manager to join our Long Term Service Agreements (LTSA) organization. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting our expanding business area, focusing on crafting tailored LTSA contracts, budgetary proposals, and maintenance plans. We aim to provide our customers with the utmost security through personalized LTSA solutions.

You will play an important role in:

• Incorporating specific customer requirements into bespoke Long Term Service Agreements contracts.
• Drafting LTSA contracts with precision and attention to detail.
• Ensuring strict adherence to MAN-ES Policies, Guidelines, processes, and project approval instructions.
• Maintaining a constant focus on refining LTSA Contract templates to align with our evolving product offerings.
• Facilitating the collection and integration of lessons learned into our contracts.
• Collaborating cross-functionally with various departments including Legal Denmark, International, and Sales.
• Providing support to Sales teams during contract negotiations.
• Assisting our International Group Companies (IGC) worldwide with local LTSA contracts.
• Actively participating in both internal and cross-departmental projects.
• Conducting risk assessments on LTSA proposals and contracts in accordance with MAN internal guidelines and processes.
• Facilitating the smooth handover of contracts in close coordination with Sales to our Execution team.

We imagine that you:

• Proficiency in commercial contract understanding and drafting.
• Preferably 5+ years of experience in the field.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex issues effectively across all levels within a large organization.
• Previous experience in commercial contract management.
• Strong background in risk management.
• Technical interest or curiosity is considered advantageous.
• A proven track record as a collaborative team player.
• Fluency in English and Danish at a professional level.
